CNC through feed machine center with Drilling, Grooving and Routing of panels from top & bottom to produce two parts at a time.
- Borings heads: (2) 58 spindle borings units totally independent of one another, one upper and one lower, each equipped with:
- 12 Vertical spindles X
- 16 Vertical spindles Y
- 3 Vertical hinge units
- 3 Vertical spindles in Y
- 2 + 2 Horizontal spindles in X
- 2 Horizontal spindles in Y
- Y Prime: 11 vertical spindles in X, 3 vertical in Y, 2+2 horizontal in X
- (2) 10HP electrospindles (HSK 63F) - one lower and one upper
- 6 + 6 position tool holder: To manage 6 tools for upper electrospindle and 6 tools for lower electrospindle
- Loading table: Table with cross belts for pre-loading 2 overlapped panels
- Unloading station with cross belts
- Auto-transformer Included (208, 230, or 460 volt)
