(4) stations (2 floating shapers, 2 floating sanders) each with 5" stack capacity; (2) shaper stations are 10 HP direct drive Himmel motors with 1-1/4" dia. arbors; (2) sanding stations are 2 HP direct drive Baldor motors with 1" dia. arbors; sanding stations are variable speed 6,000 to 9,000 RPM and reversible; shaper stations are variable speed 6,000 to 9,000 RPM and reversible; sanding stations tilt 45° and have air jets; variable speed conveyor speed 0 to 35 FPM; 6" heavy duty conveyor and roller holddown system; digital indicators for both horizontal and vertical adjustment on all spindles from the front; PLC controlled "jump-cope"; machine is equipped with "Sureset" Windows XP based computer touch screen and software; max. material thickness - 2-1/2"; min. material width - 1-1/2" plus the depth of the cut; (2) 5" dia. dust ports and (2) 4" dia. dust ports.
