NEW TIGERSTOP TIGER 12 AUTO AUTOMATIC PUSHER SYSTEM

This system is designed for precision cutting of materials without the need for defecting. It is equipped with side clamping for precision square cutting and is currently set up to operate in push mode, but could also operate in set point mode. Capable of processing 10' long boards with an average size of 1" x 9" to 2" x 8". This system is loaded on the left and pushes to the right and is capable of operating in fully automatic mode. In automatic mode, the operator simply loads the material and presses the foot pedal. The automatic operation continues until all material is used. Measurements can be entered and viewed in imperial or metric. Systems consists of the following: 1. COMIL STAR 300 SHRINK WRAPPING LINE

Automatic packaging machine with PE shrink film, suitable for large items. Consists of (2) stations - Wrapping Unit and a Shrink Tunnel. Wrapping station specifications: 118" welding bar length, 116" upper foil roll max. width, 65" lower foil roll max. width, 63" belt width, 94-1/2" infeed and middle conveyor length, 31-1/2" max. working height, 31-1/2" working table height and 10 to 49 FPM variable belt conveyor speed by inverter.
