MAJOR FEATURES:
- ACTION P2500 is a front loading electric clamp with reinforced framework of thick steel protected by epoxy priming and polyurethane two-component paint
- The clamp is capable of obtaining extremely strong operating pressures that guarantee closing of boxes with up to 5 dowels per shelf (each side) and multiple shelves.
- (6) Interlocking horizontal bars with (7) Vertical bars for closing the clamp
- Rack and pinion guides at all (4) corners of the top platen and side pressor keep the all sides square
- Machine is supplied with front and rear photo cell barriers
- Sizes of box can be input for efficient cycle control when running repetitive box closings
- The vertical and horizontal pressure is adjustable according to the type of furniture to be assembled
