This is a single shape and two sand machine. The Model 412 is designed to safely apply profiles to wood or plastic components. The machine has 5" of stacking height on the shaper spindle and an adjustable fence, both use a mechanical digital readout for easy and accurate positioning. A variable speed (0 to 30 ft./min) conveyor with sturdy and secure hold down system and cutter guarding isolate the operator from the cutter for a safe work environment.  The 2 HP sanding stations knock down the grain with opposite and reversible rotation sanding.
