Description
The Cantek MX350 is a compact edgebander capable of applying 3mm thick edge tape to cabinet parts and more. The counter-rotating pre-mill cutters ensure optimum panel edge quality and squareness, which results in a les visible glue joint. It comes equipped with high frequency motors on both the end trim and top & bottom trim units. User friendly controls and adjustments allow for efficient changeovers.

- Edge feeding is automatic with a thickness capacity of 0.4 to 3 mm
- Strip material can be hand fed
- Pre-milling unit with high Frequency, counter rotating cutterheads for removing up to 3 mm of the panel edge
- Coil edge bands up to 3 mm in thickness in Hard-PVC/ABS are cut with guillotine shears
- Teflon coated hot-melt glue pot
- Spring loaded pressure unit with (2) pressure rollers
- High Frequency, 12000 RPM end trimming unit
- High Frequency, 12000 RPM top and bottom trimmers with insert knife cutters for radius trimming and bevel trimming
- Radius scraper with 2 mm radius
- 3000 RPM top and bottom buffing units
- Heavy duty pressure beam with extendable workpiece support
- Heated infeed fence for pre-heating the panel from optimum glue penetration
