Description
The ME 35 Edgebander from SCM's Mini-Max line has been created to bridge the gap between entry-level machines and the more robust equipment of SCM's Classical line of edgebanders. This machine provides a lot of the features of the larger edgebanders while taking up less than half of the space.
PRIMARY SPECIFICATIONS:
- 0.4 to 3 mm edgebanding thickness capacity in coils
- Heavy duty guillotine for cutting 3 mm PVC from coil
- 7.5" Minimum panel length
- 4.33" Minimum panel width
- 23 FPM feed speed
MAJOR FEATURES:
- Pre-milling unit with (2) 80 mm diameter cutterheads
- Quick melt glue pot system
- 2-Roll pressure station
- Combined end trim and corner rounding station
- Top and bottom trimming unit with 0.75 kW motors
- Profile scraping station for assuring excellent finish on PVC banding
- Glue Scraping
- Buffing station
- Easy-to-use PLC controller
